You first of all need a foundation that will outlast any of the latest systems tips and tricks. Don't get me wrong, you definitely need to know what's working now and what the latest trends and fashions in making money online are.
But your marketing foundation is the base that you build all your knowledge on that supersedes any of these strategies. This foundation will still be there when the next latest and greatest product comes out, and will still be there when the current strategies you're using start failing. This foundation will help you make money online even when the internet throws you a curve ball.
